>> this is kpix5 news. >> talk about a flight from hell. it took three planes and more than 12 hours before these passengers even took off. >> at oakland international tonight with a story you will only see on kpix5 5. juliette goodrich? >> reporter: customers were so fed up on board their flight, they contacted kpix5 and sent us video statements while they were stuck on their flight. they had to be on three different flights because of mechanic problems today. flight 1032 was supposed to go to provo, utah.

but then they had to board another plane. a plane to las vegas was too overheated to fly. they boarded a third plane from mesa. they sat on the runway only to return to the terminal because of fuel problems. they were stuck on the tarmac at oakland international airport. >> i have been imprisoned by athis place for five hours. >> are you going to play allegiance? >> never again. >> never going to go this airline again. i have been at the airport since 6:00 this morning. i am so fed up with this airport. >> cruel and unusual punishment. people are so upset. 12 hour ins the airport.

big on the bay, we told you about their top secret project on treasure island that involves a huge barge and in an kpix5 exclusive, allen martin says there may be more. since the story last ran on friday, word has surfaced of this second stricture being built in portland, maine and possibly a third in connecticut. the director that would issue permits to google has heard of multiple vessels. >> as far as we know, this is the only one around san francisco. we have seen the portland, maine newspaper. >> reporter: larry with the bay confirmed it was google to came to him. >> when google came to us, they were less than specific about ha they were going to do with the vessel. >> reporter: meanwhile, the

secret project remains docked at treasure island. they insist they need more specifics and the agency is skep cool the project has to be on the water. >> we shouldn't use the bay as a lost opportunity for that which can be done on land. because the bay is special. and we need to ensure that whatever this permit is applied for actually fits into what the bay should be used for. >> reporter: well placed sources have told kpix5 google's plan is to use it for google glass, the wearable computer that looks like half a pair of eyeglasses. it would be their way of outdoing apple's signature retail stores and they would start by towing the barge at treasure island and docking it at fort mason. one way for them to fulfill their requirement if fort mason is not the only place they dock

>> reporter: whatever gains tesla stock made recently went up in smoke with this fire in mexico. explosion, curse words, and all, this video was given to the local newspaper. tesla offered to translate the reaction. >> i can't say that. that is very, very bad word. >> reporter: the driver was allegedly drunk when he crashed. the newspaper reported he fled the scene before firefighters doused the flames. three weeks ago, the first tesla fire was captured in washington state. the driver hit a piece of metal debris. every tesla owner we spoke to was unfazed. >> cars are going to burn. >> . >> they have shown over the crash testing and the ratings

look at these lows. napa, 42, oakland, 49, san jose, 48. redwood city, 45 chilly degrees. here is the setup in the skies above us. we have a big area spinning off to the east. not far enough way way to worry about the wind, but with all the moisture coming up, we are on the cold and dry side. we will not see rainfall from this system, but we will see some chilly air throughout the day tomorrow with highs in the low 60s . on wednesday, still with sunshine, highs not hitting 70 and won't until thursday. high pressure builds in, that storm is gone, we are be sunny and wilder with highs back in the 70s but it will feel like late fall out there. nights will be chilly. lots of 30s away from the water. highs in the 60s , not the 70s through wednesday. milder weather through halloween. 10 to 12 degrees. south bay, san jose, not even
